Systems Analyst III is responsible for supporting the design, modification, installation, testing, and maintenance of financial systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency. This position will aid in documenting application and system environments (architecture, ecosystem, interfaces), developing application procedural documentation and knowledge base information, and supporting the day-to-day "run" operations of financial applications and systems. Assigned tasks will require a mixture of technical and analytical skills. This position will work in a cross-functional team environment and will have the ability to collaborate effectively to implement and maintain business solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Designs, implements and supports CRM, ERP related applications and solutions; Reviews, analyzes, and maintains financial application and system environments; Monitors the overall availability and performance of the application/system environments and associated integrations.
• Investigates, triages, and troubleshoots escalated issues and system outages; Performs root cause analysis and exercises appropriate problem management strategies; Liaise with other teams to resolve technical dependencies, issues, and risks.
• Provide end-to-end support for all Property Operations, Scheduling, Vendor, and Inventory Management.
• Correct existing process in place to support sustainable and flexible architecture and environments
• Creates documentation, procedures and policies. Keeps documentation up to date and within IT standards.
• Maintains and monitors support queues and service level agreements.
• Conducts regular reviews of applications by generating and building reports that shows efficiencies and improvement areas
• Facilitates change management processes, including the development and execution of test scripts, communication plans, implementation plans, and rollback plans.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma / GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, and/or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience Business, Systems and/or Application Analysis.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in Systems or Applications Support
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Advanced and resourceful troubleshooting and solutioning
• Knowledge and experience in Microsoft Dynamics - CRM or similar CRM platform.
• Experience with Dynamics 365, CRM or any similar Customer Relationship Management Platform
• Experience in supporting Public Cloud and SAAS technologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, planning, analysis and organizing skills.
• Strong analysis skills.
• Advance and resourceful troubleshooting and solutioning skills.

For employees in Colorado the anticipated pay range is $69K to $98K.

The Company also may provide benefits with this position including but not limited to: medical, dental, and vision insurance; Flexible Spending Accounts (FSUs) and/or Health Savings Accounts (HSAs); Dependent Savings Accounts; 401(k) plan with employer matching; employee stock purchase plan; and potential for bonuses. The above wage range is the Company's current good faith expectation for this position. The actual amount paid and/or offered may be less or more than this range and will be based on factors including geographic location, education, training, or experience related to the work, seniority, merit, quantity and or quality of the work.
