Please review the following job description:

Provide process, design and analysis support for developing solutions for interfacing business applications. Drive requirements elicitation process for work efforts of all size and complexity. Lead work on all phases of systems analysis up to the enterprise level of the organization's business processes and systems. Provide project and portfolio management for smaller projects and business enhancements. Serve as a key liaison between line of business (LOB) and Application Delivery Services (ADS).

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.

  • Gather, formulate and define requirements to solve intermediate to complex business problems.
  • Provide technical team members and users with assistance solving application related problems, such as malfunctions and program problems.
  • Analyze requirements, plan and design applications using techniques, such as structured analysis, data modeling and information engineering.
  • Plan and execute appropriate testing (e.g. test plans, test cases, and test scripts) to comprehensively test assigned enhancements to business applications.
  • Change Agent; coordinate the installation and application enhancements, break fixes and/or releases.
  • Expand or modify applications to serve new purposes or improve workflow.
  • Assess the usefulness of pre-developed application packages and adapt them to a user environment.
  • Develop, document and revise flow chart's system design procedures, test procedures and quality standards.
  • Review and analyze applications, including performance results, to locate code problems.
  • Oversee work products of other Systems Analysts; provide guidance for resolution or completeness.
  • Lead project small-sized systems projects and participant in SME in med-large complex projects
  • Perform and triage second and third level support of (SNOW) incidents and tasks to ensure resolutions are achieved within the SLA.
  • Identifying, coordinating and resolving technical issues.
  • Drive third party vendors for incident resolution, support and root cause analysis.
  • Build and maintain system diagrams, security blue prints and high & lower infrastructure diagrams.
  • Track and coordinate deployment of SSL certification.
  • Coordinate, lead & execute Disaster Recovery planning and testing.
  • Application and Server Monitoring (Server Capacity, CPU utilization, Splunk logs and vulnerability scans)
  • Support LOB in risk management to include audit (SXX, BARA, FDIC) assessments and finding remediation
  • Provide 24/7 On-Call primary and secondary support
  • Leading technical bridges and SWAT efforts with internal engineers and vendors.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology-related field, or equivalent education and related training
  • Six years of experience or equivalent proficiency in application analysis and design
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently or as a member of a team
  • Ability to direct and train other team associates
  • Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of .net framework, operating systems and servers and NAS storage.
  • Ability to provide Technical Support for variety of internal and external applications and websites.
  • Ability to digest and triage complex system related problems.
  • Proficient in system administrative functionaries.
