onsemi is looking for an organized and resourceful individual to lead Product Lifecycle Management system (Oracle Agile PLM). The Oracle Agile PLM Administrator manages the Agile PLM environment, provides daily support to the user base and assists in various PLM continuous improvement initiative. The administrator will respond to shifting priorities in a fast changing environment, will be self-directed to drive day-to-day operations, and recommend and manage improvement initiatives in the PLM environment. Oracle Agile PLM Administrator must be able to handle rapid changes, prioritize and track the details, implement new configuration management, and design control processes.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide operational/technical system solutions for Supply Chain business teams primarily using Agile PLM. The candidate should have a broad understanding of supply chain and PLM and will be able to provide solution to business process and requirements in terms of new design, configuration and implementation and/or extending of existing applications.
  • Work closely with other Agile team members and key stakeholders to understand requirement.
  • Providing top-notch PLM IT operation support to ensure business operation is smooth.
  • Analyses existing configurations, programs or formulates logic for new systems, devises logic procedures, prepares flow charting, performs coding and tests/debugs programs.
  • Analyze incidents and improve responsiveness by strengthening monitoring and alerting capabilities supported with resilience and recovery strategies
  • Prepares and obtains approval of system and programming documentation.
  • Recommends changes in development, maintenance and system standards.
  • Develop test plans to assure that developed solution satisfies client requirements including but not limited to developing test scripts, setting up test data, and assisting with activities relating to unit, performance, integration, data conversion and cut-over testing.
  • Trains users in conversion and implementation of system.
  • Ensuring Service Quality levels are maintained



Qualifications:
Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems/Business Information Systems Engineering or equivalent experience. Master's degree preferred.
  • Semiconductor industry experience preferred.

Technical skills:

  • Knowledge of software development life cycles namely Waterfall, Spiral and Agile.
  • Minimum of 3 years working experience in Oracle Agile Product Collaboration and Product Portfolio Management (Item and BOM, PPM Projects in semiconductor industries).
  • Hands-on experience with Agile Administrator Tool, with high proficiency in Agile Configuration and Process Extension.
  • Familiar with administration of Oracle WebLogic and Tomcat.
  • Installation of Agile PLM patches, upgrades
  • Programming experience in Java, Oracle PL/SQL, PERL scripting.
  • Testing tool experience in TOSCA and Selenium is an added advantage.

Soft skills (Competencies):

  • Familiarity with semiconductor product lifecycle management and business models preferred.
  • Off hours and weekend support required on a rotation basis or as needed (1-2 shifts per month)
  • Effective communication (oral and written) skills including problem solving, prioritizing and interpersonal relationship building
  • Effectively interacts with business and technical audiences, tailoring the communication to multiple levels of audiences to achieve desired results.
  • Ability to work effectively as a team member, across operation and project teams, and independently.
  • Proven track record in working directly with clients to define technology solutions that enable their business objectives.
  • Provide limited Coaching and mentoring to inexperienced staffs.
  • Ability to demonstrate potential in leading technical discussions during analysis, design and troubleshooting issues.
