Responsibilities

WHAT YOU WILL DO

This position will focus on delivering Risk Management Analyses (and Demand Forecasts) to drive tactical and strategic value for the client. While the deliverables are technical in nature, the candidate also must possess exceptional intrapersonal skills to develop strong professional relationships with various stakeholders. Candidates must also be able to present business insight and suggestions to a variety of audiences, including senior leadership.

• Develop in-depth analyses to hedge supply chain risk for various food and packaging items
• Communicate effectively with suppliers to gather information and data for risk analyses
• Assist with design of analytical frameworks for risk management projects
• Develop audience-appropriate presentations for risk management analyses/deliverables
• Build time-series forecasts for promotional food items; present forecasts to internal and external stakeholders (S&OP forecast input)
• Update forecasts in supply chain management software to constantly improve supply plan; collaborate with inventory planning team as needed
• Refresh core item forecasts in JDA
• Deliver ad-hoc analyses for various internal and external clients
• Back-up other team members as needed

Desired Skills & Experience

ABOUT YOU

• Undergraduate degree in Supply Chain, Business, Industrial Engineering, or Data Analytics
• 2+ Years of Supply Chain Experience (Analytics and/or Consulting Preferred)
• Experience presenting to leadership at a large organization
• Ability to ask relevant questions and offer pragmatic solutions to internal and external stakeholders
• Experience with SQL or another relational database language
• Expertise with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to steward time wisely and manage multiple deliverables at once
• Ability to manage ambiguity, particularly at the start of projects
• Positive Attitude; ability to build and maintain strong intrapersonal relationships

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with one or more of the following: JDA, Blue Yonder, SAP, Manugistics, or similar end-to-end supply chain planning software
• Microsoft Power BI or Tableau experience
• Python experience
• Time series forecasting experience
• S&OP experience (particularly forecast)
