POSITION SUMMARY

The Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for drug portfolio, inventory, supply chain reporting, and analyses within CuraScript SD. This includes analyzing, monitoring and identifying trends for drug demand and supply. This position supports inventory and portfolio strategy through the use appropriate forecasting and supply chain tools and methods. The Sr. Supply Chain Analyst will support the Procurement Department.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
• Manage and support generic portfolio reporting and analyses
• Support the integration and development of third party drug master data to aid in drug portfolio management (First Data Bank, Medispan, etc)
• Manage day to day planning activities by monitoring and analyzing historical demand and trends. Review and ensure supply plan supports required demand plan. Work with procurement to support inventory goals and adjust as needed
• Work with internal customers to understand trends; opportunities to optimize inventory and service levels; minimize stock outs; assist in root cause analysis and corrective action. Recommend, implement and present process improvements that drive cost savings
• Determine optimal inventory and service levels
• Develop reports and analyses utilizing Excel, VBA, Alteryx, SQL Query, SAP BI, SAP S4, and IBP.
• Communicate regularly (both written and verbal) with both internal and external partner

QUALIFICATIONS
• BA/BS degree or 1-3 years equivalent working experience
• 1-3 years of relevant experience
• 1-2 years of SAP or similar ERP experience
• Strong technical and procedural knowledge of ERP systems and procurement processes
• APICS/IBF/LSSBB certification preferred
• Knowledge of third party drug master data preferred (First Data Bank, Medispan, etc)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, and advanced Excel skills: database formulas, pivot tables, and charts
• Experience with ERP reporting tools, queries, and business intelligence applications
• Ability to interface with internal customers in a profession and ethical manner
• SAP S4 Hana, IBP, or similar experience
• Strong written and verbal communications skills
• Ability to influence leaders, peers, and subordinates; Strong, financial, business acumen and presentation skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills required. Ability to identify root cause of issues and address issues in a timely and efficient manner. Ability to analyze data and trends to propose solutions.

Our Specialty Distribution group offers healthcare providers access to a complete portfolio of specialty pharmaceuticals and ancillary supplies, ensuring patients' continuity of care. We ship to all 50 states as well as Puerto Rico and Guam, with three distribution centers: a main facility in Grove City, Ohio, and secondary locations in Arizona and Tennessee.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of $57,300 - $95,500, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
