Primary purpose of the position:

This position will support the broader IBP team by working closely with finance and our sales brokers to analyze customer claims and challenge where appropriate, support the daily logistics processes, and develop reporting capabilities to facilitate the maturation of the IBP team from managing every order to managing by exception. Position will focus and analyze key drivers and an ability to reconcile charges back to our customers or correct our processes to eliminate the root cause.

 

Essential Responsible Areas:

  • Partner with Finance Manager and Sales Broker to analyze data around customer claims. Determine validity and root cause as appropriate. Lead the process to collect supporting documentation and challenge invalid claims back to customer and recoup lost revenue.
  • Develop reporting capability for the Cups IBP team. Develop manual reports for Production, Sales and Inventory out of SAP. Develop exception reports for low stock, aged inventory, OTIF and Delivery Status. Provide adhoc reporting as necessary to the Cups IBP team. Partner with RPA team in brazil to automate reporting once a standard report is finalized.
  • Provide backup to Logistics Manager. Build STOs to 3PL, Tenders customer orders with cost efficiency to transportation providers, expediting as required, and manage deliveries in SAP. Helps prepares export documents as required to support international shipments.
  • Monitors inventory levels of related products, notifying production control manager of impending shortages.
  • Reviews inventory levels of related products in distribution centers and schedules inventory transfers to replenish shortages as well as alerts respective Production Control Manager of any supply issues.
  • Maintains business data to support customer order fulfillment in the ERP system.
  • Supports planning cycle with data inputs aligned to the overall IBP process for daily, monthly, quarterly, or ad hoc planning generations.
  • Works comfortably within large, interrelated data sets and able to model and analyze data in tools such as MS Excel to find data correlations and exceptions that can be used to map data to business requirements, processes, and related software solutions.
  • Supports Manager, Customer Order Fulfillment and Manager, Logistics and Transportation as required.

 

Position Requirement & competencies:

  • Broad training in a related field usually acquired through college or work-related experience.
  • Related experience of 3 years.
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
  • Should have analytics experience with large data sets from multiple sources.
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and Access skills required.
  • Tableau/QlikSense preferred.
  • Experience with SAP and creating reports.


Compensation & Benefits

  • Hiring Salary Range: $68,000 - $101,500 (Salary to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.)
  • Other Compensation: This role will be eligible to participate in the annual incentive compensation plan.
