As a key member of Notarize’s Strategy & Partnerships team, you will play an impactful role in helping Notarize to make the right growth decisions and to execute successfully. You will identify new opportunities, develop recommendations, size their impact, and drive their execution in partnership with leaders across the business. The role requires someone who is driven, analytical, strategic, structured, comfortable with ambiguity, and who loves the fast-moving nature of a growing innovator that has product-market fit.

What you'll do as a Strategy & Biz Ops Analyst at Notarize:

  • Perform insightful customer, financial, and operational analysis that helps Notarize make the right growth decisions.
  • Build and maintain competitor fact bases and product teardowns through both public information and direct primary research that you independently drive.
  • Build and maintain detailed industry fact bases - including Notarize use cases, market sizing, and technology landscape - as Notarize tackles new verticals and use cases.
  • Regularly communicate and publish research findings internally to key Notarize decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Partnerships, Product, and Marketing to detail business cases, operational plans, and financial projections associated with new business expansion.
  • Build strategy narratives and updates for use with investors, partners, and other outside audiences.
  • Directly shape Notarize’s overall business strategy and go-to-market approach to 10x our top-line revenue over the next several years.
  • Act as a flexible resource who can quickly bring structure to high priority business opportunities that fall outside the day-to-day scope of existing teams.

What we're looking for:

  • 2+ years of total professional experience including management consulting, private equity, investment banking, or another analytical and intensive professional experience
  • Stellar analytical and financial modeling capabilities
  • Excellent written narrative and presentation skills
  • Fast speed-to-output and insight
  • Ability to distill complex issues into structured frameworks and recommendations
  • Pragmatic mindset to figure out how to accomplish things quickly and efficiently
  • Innate curiosity and readiness to jump and figure things out
  • Team oriented mindset paired with the individual drive to accomplish great things
