Position Summary

Evoqua Water Technologies is currently seeking an experienced Supply Chain Analyst in Pittsburgh, PA.

The position's main responsibilities are centered around supporting the Evoqua Water Technology global sourcing team through providing data analysis and reporting structure up to Executive Leadership level. Specifically, a high level of detail, analytical skills coupled with ERP/Excel interface experience would be required for the successful candidate

Core Responsibilities and Tasks

Supplier Measurement

• Extract supplier performance data & automate provision of supplier scorecards
• Strong SAP/Excel experience required in order to facilitate

Product Part Cost management

• Reporting & Analysis done monthly
• Maintaining system and team adherence to reviewing
• Developing improvements & standard work instructions

Savings management & Sign off processing

• Responsible for savings recording and reporting
• Custodian of savings approval process and single owner of repository

Supply Chain trends/data analysis

• Trade tariff impact management / reporting on mitigation actions
• Collate/interpret/distribute market trends by commodity
• Provide supply chain data to customer facing activities

Low Cost Sourcing

• Record parts migration from domestic to low cost source economies

Supplier Risk

• Manage and own Supplier Risk process - extract inputs from Sourcing team in order to track risks and subsequent mitigation actions

Position Requirements

• BS/BA in supply chain management, engineering, business management, or related discipline is required
• 2+ Years of experience in supply chain/logistics
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel and working level with the Microsoft suite of products.
• Ability to facilitate the automation of supplier performance data from SAP information, convert and establish communication cadence to the strategic supply chain
• Strong communication, analytical and presentation skills
• Must possess strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment, working with direct and matrix resources
• Ability to work across a broad set of stakeholders, both internal and external
