About the Team
The Staff HRIS Analyst, Workday is a hands-on role where you will be a team player responsible for providing technical and functional expertise. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys both strategic planning and tactical execution and is comfortable with hands-on responsibilities and leading projects by utilizing your strong background in Workday with proven abilities to plan, organize, implement, and leads specific solutions that make an impact. A successful candidate adapts quickly to a changing environment, is data driven, and technically savvy and has a passion for optimizing process and structure.
What You Will Do

  • Resolves complex problems spanning across multiple Workday modules and workstreams to drive improvements; leads projects with significant business implications, participates in planning and priority estimates, and advises other HR systems resources and executes with limited guidance.
  • Lead and/or participate in the review, testing and implementation of Workday releases and communicate the potential benefit of these features to stakeholders.
  • Leads efforts to improve HR systems configuration, test, and operational excellence best practices.
  • Solves complex cross-functional design and business problems. Works to simplify, optimize, remove bottlenecks, etc.
  • Participates in developing solution strategies and roadmaps within a specific domain.
  • Participates in HR technology maintenance, implementation, and improvement projects.
  • Leads highly technical, specialized, and complex projects. Oversees the implementation of system upgrades and enhancements, as well as the design of system test plans and test scenarios.
  • Experience participating in system assessments and implementations including project management, issue management, communications and change management.
  • Provides mentorship and coaching for other team members.


About You

  • Bachelor's degree with major course work in human resource management, business administration, computer science or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in the design of Workday HCM, Compensation and Benefits; hands on configuration required.
  • Experience successfully managing large HRIS systems; multiple implementation experience is highly preferred.
  • You have at least 7+ years of experience in maintaining Workday with at least 4 years of experience with hands on HCM, Compensation, and Benefits configuration.
  • Excellent analytical skills, including an ability to explain systems and solutions in simple terms to stakeholders across the business.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working on own initiative with limited supervision.
  • Ability to manage multiple, high priority tasks and adjust to shifting priorities, while meeting deadlines.
  • High tolerance for ambiguity with the ability to be agile around rapid change in a SOX compliant environment.
  • Working and broad knowledge of HR/Payroll processes, concepts, and practices.
  • Demonstrated process improvement skills and proven history of implementing positive change.
  • Collaborative, able to listen and solicit all perspectives.
