Job Description
What you get to do in this role:
- Work cross-functionally with product owners and business stakeholders to drive alignment, help optimize end-to-end processes, uncover areas for improvement and drive process improvement requirements.
- Serve as a trusted technology consultant/advisor for business stakeholders and development/QE teams to drive requirement gathering workshops, data analysis, and problem solving by leveraging business knowledge and expertise.
- Translate business requirements into design and development plans, including timeline and development effort, and generate detailed project schedules through sprint cycles.
- Facilitate review and planning sessions with business and development/QE teams to gather feedback and influence solution design and approach .
- Participate in end-to-end implementation planning including project management, issue management, communication and change management .
- Actively participate in the QA and UAT process from review of test scripts to assisting with testing coordination and user acceptance.
- Define, plan, and manage medium to large projects, in coordination with IT and business teams.
- Build proof-of-concept (PoC) for potential new solutions and technology.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:
- Minimum 10+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst/IT Analyst
- Ability to lead, influence, and work collaboratively with business and IT.
- Demonstrated experience with the successful completion of complex, cross-functional projects using Agile methodologies.
- Must be able to manage multiple, complex tasks with competing priorities in a dynamic work environment.
- Positive “can-do” attitude and self-motivated/self-starter.
- Excellent problem solving, analysis, and planning skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate solutions in a clear and concise professional manner, tailored to the appropriate audience; including both verbal and written communications.
- BE/BA/M Tech degree in Information Systems or related discipline
Great to have
- Business process reengineering experience, Six Sigma certification etc. is a plus..

Required in Office
A required in office work persona is defined as an employee who is contracted to work from or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office. This persona is required to work from their assigned workplace location 100% of the work week based on the business needs of their role.
Flexible
A flexible work persona is defined as an employee who is contracted to work from or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office and will work from their assigned workplace location roughly 3 days/week or less (generally around 40-60% of the work week). Flexible employees may choose to work the remaining working time from their workplace location or home. Flexible employees are required to work within their state, province, region, or country of employment.
Remote
A remote work persona is defined as an employee who performs their responsibilities exclusively outside of a ServiceNow workplace and is not contracted or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office, including those whose place of work (pursuant to their terms and conditions of employment) is their home. Remote employees are required to work within their state, province, region, or country of employment.
