Job Description
What you get to do in this role:
As part of the ServiceNow's Machine Learning Quality Engineering team, work on ML-specific test strategies, and build testing frameworks. Opportunity to learn, work and contribute to the innovative and enterprise grade ServiceNow’s Natural Language Understanding and Artificial Intelligence engine as part of the overall offering.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:
- 4+ years professional experience in quality assurance and/or application development
- Strong test automation skills in Java / Python, experience in building test frameworks is a big plus
- Hands-on experience testing and maintaining large-scale, production systems in Python or Java
- BS/MS in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
- Excellent communication, collaboration, reporting, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to take a project from scoping requirements through the launch to customers
- Familiarity with AI/ML modeling approaches such as supervised and unsupervised techniques
- Understanding of probability and statistics and their applications to AI/ML software quality evaluation
- Ability to analyze results from the test set and create defects based on result patterns
- Working experience with LUIS, Watson, or other NLU providers is a plus
- Ability to scale testing across Multiple Languages is a plus
