Job Description:
Our organization is on a multi-year journey to transform our Global HR data & analytics technology services with self-serve & API driven Big Data operational & analytics platform. The person who is selected for this role will have an opportunity to lead the shaping of Global HR Data & Analytics services within the Bank.
The Senior Service Delivery Lead- Data & Analytics will be responsible for end-to-end delivery and oversight of the technology change portfolio across Data & Analytics technology and serves as a key stakeholder and senior program representative with business leaders, technology leaders and across technical teams to drive business outcomes, clearly assess risks, and ensure timely implementation to maximize business value.
We are looking for someone who has demonstrated experience in standing up multiple large-scale Big data operational & analytics platform, translating business requirements to scalable & sustainable technical solutions.

Required Skills
• 5+ years of proven history of leading delivery of large-scale Big Data (Hadoop Ecosystem) implementations
• 10+ years of experience with Data & Analytics or other technical services delivery
• Strong working knowledge of big data technologies like Hadoop, Hive, Spark, Sentry, HBase, Sqoop, Impala, Kafka, Flume, Oozie, MapReduce, S3, Ozone, Zaloni or similar technologies
• Strong working knowledge of business information systems and analytics (Tableau, MicroStrategy, Alteryx & other related technologies)
• Strong working knowledge of Machine learning, Artificial Intelligence & other Big Data analytics technologies
• Experience in planning, coordinating and solution delivery of a unified data and analytics ecosystem that drives improved business decisions supported by transformative emerging technology capabilities
• Work history demonstrating a sense of personal accountability to drive execution from start to finish
• Experience delivering data road map balancing the long-term "big picture" and short-term needs
• Understands the regulatory landscape of data governance and best practices for data management
• Experienced in establishing & tracking success metrics at program level and reviewing performance with stakeholders and leadership.
• Expert risk management skills - identification, articulation, impact assessment, and quantification with outlined mitigation options & controls.
• Experience delivering Agile and advances modern, Agile solution delivery practices and evangelizes great design, engineering, and organizational practices.
• Proficient in data regulations and best practices in data management and governance
• Subject Matter Expert in Enterprise Change Standards, financial management, focus on execution and overall health
• Expert communications skills - able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to translate technical development to business impact/benefits
• Expert Presentation skills, including the ability to distill complex issues into simple, compelling messages in presentations.
• Ability to influence and drive technology leadership across a portfolio of applications.
• Excellent relationship management and communication skills and who can navigate the organization, challenges the status quo to transform the business and bring multiple stakeholders together to achieve strategic business goals.
• Strong influencing skills and the ability to assess key stakeholder perspectives and adapt style to navigate cultural diversity
• Effectively communicate status, project findings, and recommendations to stakeholders and clients.
Desired Skills
"• Strong working knowledge of emerging data & analytics technology • Strong working knowledge of traditional relational database management systems like SQL & Oracle and proficient in SQL skills, including developing stored procedures, functions, and triggers • Strong working knowledge of Data integration & microservices technologies like Mulesoft or other similar technologies"
