The Sr. People Analytics Analyst delivers ongoing support to TAO and the leadership team providing them with the insight to make data driven team member decisions and effectively communicate data driven recommendations. This role is designed to compile complex data sets, produce ongoing regular reporting, generate insight, and draw conclusions and recommendations about the business using TAO systems and data. The workforce analyst manager will have expertise in quantitative analysis and the ability to tell a story through data delivering impactful and meaningful insights to drive business decisions.

Responsibilities:

  • Produce monthly and ad hoc reports with quantitative analysis that tells a story through the data
  • Develop dashboards focusing on clinician risk, attrition, and team member performance
  • Perform data collection, trending, analytics, reporting, and forecasting to support company initiatives
  • Work with TAO teams to ensure data integrity for accurate reporting 
  • Research and analyze team member and clinician performance data 
  • Identify trends and potential risks that may need action through further examination, monitoring or other engagement activities
  • Participate in projects and programs with people data, ie engagement survey analysis
  • Create effective visualizations tailored to the context of the data and audience
  • Identify root cause for performance issues to drive actionable improvements in current programs 
  • Five+ years of experience in data analysis with an emphasis on people analytics
  • Experience with the Workday, Tableau and Prism reporting tools; exceptional excel skills required
  • Innovative thinking; constantly looking for new ways to tweak and optimize performance
  • Problem analysis and problem resolution at both a strategic and functional level
  • Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and overall project management skills
  • Exceptional communication skills including writing and presentation skills
  • Ability to anticipate and solve problems and resolve issues 
  • Results oriented
  • Skilled in google products with reporting and data manipulation
  • Proficient in data scrubbing, data entry, and working with large data sets

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
