Sr. Partnership Operations Analyst
We are looking for a Sr. Data and Operations Analyst who can turn rows of information into insights by visualizing business trends across our expansion and partnerships business. These insights will focus and drive business strategies will focus on sales strategy, supply and inventory analysis, pricing analysis, and experimentation. The ideal candidate is data-driven, creative, a problem-solver, and a self-starter.

Responsibilities
- Partner with leaders to translate business needs into reporting requirements
- Build and execute on A/B tests for pricing, category indexing, inventory controls, and profitability
- Cohort analysis for customer experience, metros, fulfillment centers, and category sales
- Analysis for promotions, A/B test and develop playbooks
- Develop reporting internally and externally, provide insight and analysis to guide decision-making cross-functionally
- Build financial models, assess market effectiveness and CPG expansion analysis
- Go-to-market research, competitive analysis, consumer insights
- Help define data assets that enable analysis
- Produce actionable dashboards/reports that show key performance indicators, identify areas of opportunity for current operations, and display root cause analysis of trends
- Proactively identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and scale our suite of reporting

Requirements
- Minimum of 8+ years experience working cross-functionally with sales leadership, strategy & planning, finance, and marketing
- Experience with CPG, online sales platforms, price analysis, and inventory management
- Strong experience working closely with in-market operations and cross-functional teams preferred
- Structured and strategic mindset; ability to break down complex problems and deliver insights & recommendations to key stakeholders
- Thrive in a scrappy, high-growth environment
- Creative, deadline-driven, and solution-oriented. Ability to drive analyses from end-to-end with minimal support
- Strong execution and ability to deliver on tasks at hand. Excellent prioritization and project management skills
- Expertise in stakeholder management, sales systems design, and data analysis experience
- Excellent communicator; strong verbal/written communication and presentation skills; effective at delivering executive-level presentations
- Experience with SQL, Looker, and other analytics tools
