Sr. Manager, eCommerce Analytics (Remote)
About the Role
The Sr. Manager of eCommerce Analytics will lead analytical initiatives for the eCommerce business at CrowdStrike. As a senior member of the eCommerce Operations leadership team, this role manages a global team responsible for a broad range of analytics, including:
Operational KPIs and leading indicators measuring revenue goals, forecasts, and risk
Performance analytics supporting digital campaign effectiveness and optimization
Behavioral analytics fueling predictive models for audience targeting and buyer’s journey optimization
This role requires a blend of intellectual curiosity, critical thinking, business acumen, and a passion for coaching and developing a diverse group of people in a broad range of time zones. Successful candidates will enjoy digging into the data and collaborating with analysts and data engineers while also being adept at translating evolving direction and requirements from leadership into executable work for the team.
Remote U.S. role within a reasonable commuting distance to one of the following offices: Sunnyvale, CA; Irvine, CA; El Segundo, CA; Austin, TX; Seattle, WA; Kirkland, WA; St. Louis, MO; Arlington, VA; Minneapolis, MN, Columbia Maryland.
What You’ll Need
Proven experience in an analytics management role, preferably including marketing analytics
12+ years of experience with analytics, reporting, and basic data modeling
Advanced level skills with Excel and visualization tools such as Domo or Tableau
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Analytics, Marketing, Business, or a related field
Bonus Points
Proficiency with SQL, Snowflake, Salesforce
Experience with machine learning and predictive analytics
Experience with Demandbase, 6Sense, and/or Lattice Engines
Experience with eCommerce, Paid Media
Experience with SaaS security products
