Description 

The Sr. Manager, Digital Analytics role, is responsible for providing insights to drive business decisions for the Popeyes Digital business. This will be done through conducting research & analysis which will help solve complex business problems that will have a major impact on Popeyes restaurants and business. The role also manages additional projects using robust data repositories and designing ways for adding capability to analytics. 

 

Responsibilities 

  • Synthesize data and analysis (e.g., A/B testing) to generate actionable insights to solve complex problems 
  • Conduct deep dive analysis to identify marketing and profitability optimization opportunities, apply problem solving methodology to drive sustainable marketing and reporting improvements  
  • Apply existing and new solutions in creative ways to address complex issues and problems 
  • Create and manage the sales plan, quantifying initiatives, and the financial planning and analysis for the Digital business 
  • Build out advanced analytical capabilities and define analytical priorities 
  • Responsible for producing data intelligence and tools for competitive analysis  

 

Skills & Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree required, ideally focused in the fields of Data Analytics, Marketing Sciences or Finance  
  • 3 to 5 years of prior work experience in Data Analytics, Digital Analytics or Digital Marketing  
  • Understanding of the e-commerce business (customer funnel, life time value, cost per acquisition, etc…)  
  • Ability to distill large amounts of data and extract actionable insights 
  • Advanced knowledge and experience using Microsoft Excel 
  • Advanced knowledge and experience using Tableau; prior experience in analytics software, such as Snowflake, is highly preferred 
  • Advanced knowledge with data programming languages, such as SQL, is highly preferred  
  • Skilled in managing multiple priorities and projects; skilled in interacting effectively under difficult circumstances and tight deadlines 
  • Skilled in analyzing relevant data to and communicating results to senior leadership
