Sr Lead IT Business Analyst Manager
Manages the research, development, integration and implementation of strategic and emerging technologies through subordinate managers.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Developing a strategy for the development and deployment of new and emerging technologies for systems, applications, network infrastructure, hardware and databases.
  • Overseeing the integration of new technologies and ensuring selected technologies are consistent with business initiatives and technology architecture.
  • Developing metrics to qualify and quantify criteria for success for new technologies within the business.
  • Reviewing and approving the acquisition of selected technologies, while monitoring the budget; facilitating communication, awareness and interaction among departments regarding new selected new technologies.

Educational Requirements

  • University (Degree) Preferred

Work Experience

  • 5+ Years Required; 7+ Years Preferred

Required Skills:

  • Work in a techno-functional capacity with a understanding of end to end business processes, integrations and underlying data
  • Lead and negotiate business solutions with business and IT partners to determine scope, timeline and priority
  • Capable of researching and proposing recommendations for process and/or application related issues
  • Interpret business needs and translate them into process flows, functional and technical requirements
  • Perform data analysis, data validation and data visualization to interpret results
  • Co-ordinate with Agile team in execution, testing, and release activities
  • Plan, manage and provide regular status updates for new work and ongoing projects



Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working on Agile projects
  • Ability to develop effective working relationships with various people in business, operations and IT
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Communication skills (both written & verbal)
  • Background in Asset Management
  • Experience with SQL



Potential Salary: $178,500.00 USD

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
