What's the role?

Are you looking for a role with huge organizational impact? We are looking for a hardworking Business Analyst to work within our Identity and Access Management - User Provisioning team, with a focus on requirements gathering, user story refinement, and test plans.

Identity and Access Management (IAM)is about making sure that the right people - and only those people - can access applications and information neededto do their jobs. This individual will work on our cross-functional team of product managers, engineers, designers and subject matter experts using Agile methodology to deliver on outcomes. We work in 3-week sprints, allowing us to reflect, see trends sooner, and adapt more often.

A good foundation of business and technical fundamentals should be complemented by soft skills in building relationships, effectively eliciting and documenting requirements, critical problem-solving skills, and working toward shared goals.

Bring your best! What this role needs:

  • Ability to interpret business needs, translate into technical requirements and ensure the service deliverables meets business needs
  • Designing, implementing and supporting IAM Provisioning teams
  • Cross-functional liaison within IAM, business, & IT partners to gather requirements
  • Create, review, and maintain documentation to ensure it reflects current processes and/or procedures as it relates to IAM
  • Provide direction for testing of new functionality
  • May partner with other IAM teams for collaboration, impacts of ongoing IAM project/enhancements
  • Creative thinking, solution recommendation and acting as a trusted advisor for the customer
  • Designing, implementing and supporting IAM Provisioning teams
  • Provide technical expertise, remove blockers, deliver scope items, identify security gaps vulnerabilities and effectively communicate with the project stakeholders
  • Work in a fast paced, results driven environment, grasp new technology, and contribute at a rapid pace



Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of experience as an IT business analyst with proven experience eliciting requirements
  • Ability to lean on strong communication skills to influence outcomes while approaching conflict with organizational savviness
  • Certifications demonstrating mastery of role specific competencies
  • Deep familiarity of agile & scrum development environments
  • Solves problems in straightforward situations; analyzes possible solutions using technical experience, judgment and precedents
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
