Be part of a team that design and develop test procedures and standards for highly complex products. You will participate in the development and certification of environment test functionality across multiple products and applications. This will enable you to support new products, processes, standards or operational plans within the organization's business strategies, with a direct impact on business results.
Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and install data acquisition equipment in the test cells
    • Collaborate with the test team to provide our internal and external customers with quality data
    • Support testing of all Honeywell product lines through to completion
    • Use of lab equipment to troubleshoot signals in the test cells
    • Grow and develop your technical knowledge in a team-based culture focused on innovation and customer satisfaction
    • Support the drive of new concepts, standards, and processes across functional areas
    • Drive improvements in a challenging environment

YOU MUST HAVE
• Associates in Electrical/Electronic Technologies degree or 2+ years of industry experience
• CANDIDATES MUST BE A U.S. PERSON ONLY

WE VALUE
• 5+ years' experience working in a test environment
• Formal training/education with DC and AC electrical circuits
• Knowledge of basic shielding and grounding techniques
• Soldering experience
• An understanding of data acquisition products and industry standard processes, specializing in High-Speed Data Acquisition
• Knowledge in using Data Flex, DEWESoft, PFI
• Specific knowledge of various types of sensors, e.g., accelerometers, thermocouples, pressure transducers, strain gages.
• General computer knowledge of Microsoft Office
• General knowledge of TCP/IP networks
• Excellent planning, execution, and project-management skills; consistently taking the initiative to get things done, doing things before being asked by others or forced to by events.
• Good interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively with other individuals in a team setting as well as with customers to define requirements and provide support.
