Inspired by love and brought to reality through passion and determination, The Helper Bees was founded to empower older adult citizens and their families in their search for quality, affordable in-home care providers. We do this by providing older adults the ability to easily review, choose, and access affordable quality in-home helpers.

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will report to the Data Reporting Manager and handle data analysis for our major Products. You will be charged with leading data analysis for Products, maintaining current reports and mentoring Junior Data Analysts.
Duties/Responsibilities:

• Produce quality analysis in Tableau

• Create and maintain data sources (tables and views) in Big Query using SQL

• Present key findings to stakeholders

• Mentor Junior Data Analyst on the team

• Maintain current reporting with account management

• Handle ad hoc reports/analysis requests from Product Analyst

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Ability to accurately interpret data

• Experience storytelling with data

• Tableau

• SQL

• Google Big Query

• Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets

• Nice to have: Airflow and Python

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
