Primary Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, document and maintain database queries and data analysis
• Translate large quantities of in-depth credit or loan data and create reports that display the information's overall significance
• Work with analytics team to create a prioritized list of needs for each area and document additional requirements to enrich reporting capabilities
• Develop data reporting processes and procedures to ensure timely delivery of daily, weekly, monthly, annual and ad hoc reporting to management
• Troubleshoot data integrity issues, analyze data for completeness to meet business needs and propose documented solution recommendations
• Recommend and implement new or modified workflows to improve process efficiencies with IT business partners
• Develop innovative analytic solutions, create actionable insights and drive better decisions and performance to help the business achieve its business objectives
• Support analytics and process improvement data deep dive, identify and execute on new opportunities for increases in efficiencies and performance

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, Finance, Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics or related field
• 5+ years business intelligence and enterprise data warehouse experience utilizing various tools such as SQL, SAS, Tableau, etc.
• 5+ years of experience in reporting, analysis and data management
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary/hourly range for Colorado residents is $82,100 to $146,900. The salary/hourly range for Connecticut/Nevada residents is $90,500 to $161,600.
