Use your operational analytical skills to design/develop, program, maintain and publish reports. Make solid recommendations based on the analysis and provide explanations for reporting results for both internal operations and our customers. You must be self-directed and creative as you will deal with some very interesting and complex issues. As a key resource to others you must maintain a high degree of accuracy along with attention to detail, excellent oral and written communication skills, solid interpersonal skills and the ability to always meet deadlines.
You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.
Primary Responsibilities:

  • Create complex business requirements based on customer requests
  • Review business requirements with customers and obtain sign off
  • Work closely with the Stakeholders, Leaders, BA's and Project teams to identify risks early
  • Partner with leadership and customers to track and understand defects; Assume accountability and/or ownership to work defect through to resolution
  • Continuously identify, develop, and drive "current state" process improvement opportunities through customer (current and potential) knowledge, data analysis, system functionality, etc.
  • Maintain system(s) integrity through focused administrative analysis/updates, content interruptions, upgrades, etc.
  • Able to present information in a variety of formats (charts, graphs, tables) that help leadership and all stakeholders understand the scope of the project - objective, status, owner, tasks/remediation efforts, key milestone dates
  • Ability to explain technical issues in words the customer will understand
  • Communicate with business partners in a timely manner to define improvement opportunities, requirements, and deliverables that drive performance and cost optimization. Master communicator - actively engaged through timely communication (preparation and delivery) to all leadership and stakeholders; Deliver persuasive messages based on sound, logical, fact-based analysis
  • Ensure all internal documentation/project plans are kept current based on progress and/or successful task completion
  • Create business requirements and process maps that are clear, complete and executable
  • Validate technical system specifications meet business requirements
  • Champion privacy and security for all systems, data, and information
  • Design and facilitate engagement and quality assurance reviews
  • Actively participate in employee engagement initiatives
  • Deliver timely and effective end-user technical assistance and troubleshooting
  • Work with minimal guidance - proven success at identifying root cause(s); driven by finding answers through research, investigation
  • Self-directed - able to initiate projects independently; Prioritizes and organizes own work to meet deadlines
  • Successful time/project management, problem solving, organizational, and analytical skills

Required Qualifications:

  • BA/BS in MIS, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business or a related field
  • 6+ years of experience performing significant data analysis and report development
  • 4+ years of experience with SQL tools such as SQL management studio, T-SQL, SSIS, SSRS, etc.
  • 3+ years of experience with Tableau as a developer
  • Intermediate level of programming knowledge (reporting code) and of relational databases, database structures and design, systems design, data management, data warehouse
  • Intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access and PowerPoint


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Healthcare analysis or familiarity with terminology and typical practices
  • Experience with Project Management and Implementations
  • Experience with Snowflake or other Cloud based Servers
  • Experience with Python scripting
  • Experience with Alteryx
  • Experience creating and managing ETL packages
  • System experience with Facets, Curo, Care Advance, Genesys or Enterprise Now
