About the Team: As part of the Customer Led Solutions team, you will leverage data to drive better understanding of our customers. You will support the Customer Team, including the Chief Customer Officer and Global Head of Customer Led Solutions, in analyzing data at the customer, industry and portfolio level. This is a newly created, challenging and versatile position that gives the right candidate the opportunity to gain exposure to C level executives, many departments, data sets and advance their own knowledge and skills. This position will work in a fast-paced environment that requires quick turnarounds and multi-tasking.

What’s needed in order to do that:

• Own and build various financial models, drive process improvement, assist in the company initiative of data analytics, provide insights, build dashboards, and assist groups outside the Customer Team
• Support the team in making decisions around customer profitability and segmentation strategy through data-driven insights
• Set up and improve financial models, processes, and reporting
• Provide ad hoc reporting and analysis for senior management and C level executives as needed
• Improve and maintain tools for visibility into certain company KPI’s
• Move the group forward on data transformation initiatives where applicable
• Design Tableau dashboards for analytics and data on demand
• Collaborate with Chief Customer Officer for quarterly analyst calls
• Attend business plans, earnings preparation, board books and other presentations
• Extract financial data from various accounting and information systems such as spreadsheets, relational databases, Salesforce and Qualtrics, manipulate and format data and reports. Ensure data integrity before presentation of findings

• BA/BS degree in business administration, marketing, statistics, computer science or related field, preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills with attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal skills including strong listening, written and verbal communication, with ability to communicate with others clearly and professionally
• Ability to collaborate across business areas and/or geographies, to assist in identifying trends, improvement opportunities, and best practices
• Ability to prioritize, organize, analyze, and summarize data from multiple sources
• Experience with Tableau, and/or SQL preferred as well
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel. Experience with Salesforce a plus
