Sr. Cost Analyst - TS/SCI
Responsibilities:
Support the development of Independent Cost Estimates using Government-approved tools and estimating methodologies, and assists the Government with preparing independent life cycle cost estimates for space, ground, and enterprise information technology systems in the Intelligence Community.
Participate in technical discussions with program offices, subject matter experts, and industry development contractor personnel to understand the technical complexity of system designs, and collect and normalize historical program data needed to utilize cost estimating tools, models, and methods.
Conduct research and recommends innovative, independent solutions to enhance collection, analysis, and core enabling functions to meet current and future national intelligence priorities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Computer Science, Operations Research, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or data science. Minimum of eight (8) years of experience with Degree; Minimum of six (6) years experience required with advanced degree.
- Experience developing independent cost estimates in technical fields including space systems, launch vehicles, ground systems, ground terminals, data centers. Experience should include data collection and normalization; parametric and analogy estimating; model and database development; and, methods development to include multivariate regression analysis, risk analysis, and cost improvement curves.
