Sr Business Systems Analyst, Channel Sales
Zoom’s Enterprise Systems team is looking for a Sr. Business Systems Analyst (BSA) who will support our fast growing Partner and Channel business streams. This position will partner with Zoom’s Channel Sales and Operations teams to elicit business requirements and collaborate with multiple technology teams to drive solutions to scale our Partner processes and programs. This position requires a highly driven self-starter with a ‘can do’ attitude who will take ownership of projects to deliver measurable value to key business stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Channel Sales, Channel Operations, Finance, FP&A and other business teams to elicit business requirements for system changes
Partner with multiple technology teams (Salesforce, Zuora, Data Science and Engineering, in-house systems) to define functional requirements, process flow diagrams and actionable tasks to deliver a scalable solution to the business goals
Collaborate with architects, developers, testers and other project team members to translate requirements, design and develop solutions
Coordinate the development, testing and post go-live activities to ensure a successful implementation
Establish detailed project plans and communicate status, risks and issues to both technology and business leadership
Manage project deliverables and maintain accountability for timely delivery
Identify resource requirements based on business and solution requirements, working with resource managers to obtain project commitment
Lead system and user acceptance testing, negotiating with business stakeholders, triaging defects and obtaining stakeholder sign-off
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management of Information Systems, or equivalent
8+ years of experience analyzing business requirements, developing and documenting process flows and solution designs
5+ years self-managing projects in fast pace and dynamic environment, including developing project /sprint plans and reporting project status to executives
2+ years of experience with Salesforce.com is highly preferred
Experience with technology solutions to the quoting, pricing, ordering, invoicing and compensating of SaaS Channel Partners as it pertains to Distributor, Reseller, Agency programs (Master Agent, Direct Referral, etc.) and Partner Relationship Management (PRM) is highly desired
Experience collaborating with business stakeholders, solution architects, developers and testers to drive end-to-end solutions
Certifications in Project Management (PMP), Agile/Scrum methodologies (SAFe), Business Analysis (CBAP) are a plus
Experience with supporting technologies such as JIRA, Confluence, Lucidchart, SQL
Knowledge of CPQ, Sales and Partner Compensation/Commission, Billing and Revenue recognition preferred
Knowledge of Zuora, Netsuite, Oracle or other enterprise business systems recommended
