Genesys is looking for a highly driven Senior Business System Analyst to partner up with the Quote to Billing organization. As a Senior BSA you will partner with the business stakeholders across to analyze current state needs and challenges, identify improvement and automation opportunities, develop a backlog of user requirements, propose business and system architectures, initiate proof of concept effort for specific capabilities and work with IT development team to enable the product(s) - both off the shelf and custom.

You will be responsible for providing functional and technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and implementing process and procedures to help solve complex business problems.

Having an "I own it" attitude about deliverables and projects from start to finish is imperative.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Drive requirements, use cases, and prioritize the work. Manage the backlog and communicate to stakeholders with clarity, and transparency.
  • Drive sprint scope, sprint planning, and sprint workload.
  • Analyze/document current and future business process models, high-level requirements (scope), and detailed functional specifications and/or stories; and communicate to the lead developers and extended team effectively.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers/Scrum Masters, Architects, Engineers, Developers, Quality Assurance, and User Experience Designers on scope, solutions, constraints, risks, and develop business case.
  • Perform knowledge transfer to training and communications teams and support user deployment activities as needed.
  • Translate and document user requirement(s) into functional specifications.
  • Analyze issues and present in easy-to-read process/data flows.
  • Lead, manage, and drive tickets to resolution out of Service Now and JIRA.
  • Lead multiple, concurrent projects ensure quality and on-time delivery.
  • Functional expert in Salesforce Revenue Cloud including CPQ and Billing tools.

  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment and must be able to manage multiple requests at the same time.
  • Strong team player: ability to lead peers in accomplishment of common goals.
  • Must be capable of collecting information from multiple sources and integrating the information to find creative ways to meet the business needs.



Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in the field of computer science or similar technical area
  • Experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud
  • Salesforce certification preferred: Admin and/or CPQ Specialist
  • Worked with high performing team like Salesforce architects, tech leads, developers, product owners and QA resources.
