WHAT YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE 

The Senior Salesforce Administrator / Analyst will play a vital role in North America’s Salesforce.com deployment. We are looking for someone with a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform who can understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions that deliver business value. This person should be a proactive self-driven individual that can continually improve and enhance the platform.

  •  Act as the North America SME (subject matter expert) on Salesforce.com.
  • Be a part of a core cross-functional team responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the Salesforce platform and related technologies supporting the sales, service, marketing, and other internal teams.
  • Evaluate systems capability to meet business needs, identify modifications in integrations, flows, reports, automated features, and reports to meet changing user requirements.
  • Always maintain a ‘how can I improve this’ perspective. Find ways in which the business can maximize salesforce into simplification and monetization means. Identify opportunities, analyze its potential impact, and offer recommendations.
  • Work directly with Sales Operations, IT, Marketing, and Data Analytics teams.
  • Work with non-technical business users and translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to automate and optimize the Salesforce technology stack.
  • Document and implement improved processes, leveraging automation whenever possible.
  • Deep knowledge of Tableau CRM to design, build, support, and troubleshoot dashboards, datasets, dataflows including the implementation of enterprise level security.
  • Analytical mindset to produce professional Tableau CRM dashboards that communicate business insights and critical KPIs; independently and in collaboration with our Data Analytics Teams.
  • Responsible for automation tools such as process builder, flows and validation rules.
  • Responsible for various integration touchpoints, monitor scheduled data migrations from external systems, clear error logs, and ensure accurate data flows into salesforce.
  • Implement data QA standards and data management practices, including data validation, mass export/import, duplication and record merging, reports, and dashboard development.
  • Maintain security data backups and run routine health checks and make necessary updates
  • Responsible for day-to-day hands-on configuration of all new and existing Salesforce.com features including user management, roles / profiles, permission sets, custom objects, new page layouts, custom fields, formula fields, validations, workflow rules, email templates, flows, customer sorting and managed packages, etc.
  • Work closely with external Salesforce vendors.

 

WHAT WE SEEK

  • 7+ years of Salesforce.com Experience
  • Deep working knowledge of Sales Cloud
  • Deep working knowledge of Tableau CRM (formally Einstein Analytics)
  • Experience with Marketing Cloud preferred.
  • Experience in Marketing Automation deployment preferred
  • Strong working experience in data integrations
  • Advanced critical thinking skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Experience in Apex Code preferred
  • Ability to clearly communication complex concepts simply.

 

Education:  

  • BA/BS Degree in related field

Expected salary range is $110,000 - $150,000. Fluidra offers a comprehensive total rewards / benefits program that includes base salary, annual bonus based on performance of individual and company objectives, competitive 401K matching, paid vacation and sick time, full range of health benefits, educational assistance, etc. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including skills, qualifications, experience and location.
