Sr Business Analyst
Overview
The Sr. Business Analyst is a member of the Change & Supportability team within the Digital Transformation & Technology department and will help Chick-fil-A achieve breakthrough capacity to provide first class service to Franchisees and their Team Members in the Restaurant. The Change Management Analyst will be responsible for both technical change management and organizational change management functions. They will collaborate with many support Center staff members to define and manage departmental change management practices and ensure the health, visibility, success, and adoption of technology systems.
Responsibilities
• Owner of ServiceNow Change Management module• Define departmental change management processes and requirements• Advise teams on Change Management practices• Facilitate monthly Change Advisory Board meetings• Govern, review and report on change data• Partner with other teams and departments to bring visibility to upcoming changes• Partner with project teams to assess project Readiness• Perform stakeholder analyses, change impact assessments and change adoption plans• Build rapport and credibility in order to establish a trusted advisor/partner relationship with
individuals and teams across the enterprise• Communicate Change activities to enhance general awareness of processes and standards. Liaise and
train internal partners wherever necessary• Ensure ITSM alignment with Chick-fil-A's use of ITIL

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills• Strong business acumen• Strong interpersonal skills• Strong written and oral communication skills• Experience with change management• Ability to understand business needs and translate them to functional / technical requirements.• Strong process improvement skills• Understanding of data structures and databases• Self-starter who completes tasks without excessive supervision
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field of study• ITIL certification• PROSCI certification• Certified ServiceNow Administrator
