The Opportunity

The Senior Business Systems Analyst of WalkMe, a workflow and digital adoption extension tool, will assist with new and reoccurring WalkMe projects, including user experience enhancements and other configurations requested by our Customer Care & Experience team to enable and support digital adoption within the associate desktop experience. This role will also support the Associate Desktop Product Owner and User Experience Desktop Designer in determining digital adoption strategy for each Salesforce instance as well as other web-based applications.

The Work Itself

  • Serve as an internal subject matter expert on all things related to launch of new WalkMe capabilities and workflows, including best practices, governance, upcoming features, functionality and systems, industry trends and latest practices
  • Design and execute organizational and user control including, but not limited to, execution of configuration, review/analysis of data and reporting/dashboards of digital adoption topics.
  • Evaluate existing processes, opportunities for workflow enhancement and reporting requirements to help determine the most effective and efficient model
  • Partner with Product, L&D, and Technical teams for solution alignment and product strategy to ensure that work completed aligns with product and technology north star.
  • Establish and enforce data quality and deduplication efforts
  • Assist with the building of custom reports, dashboards, and data analysis, where required
  • Manage backlog for enhancements and defects, build future state roadmap for new applications using agile MVP methodology
  • Prepare for and support all WalkMe releases and ensure system uptime as per the agreed-upon SLAs, including troubleshooting, administration, maintenance, release and patch management, modifications, and enhancements
  • Interpret business requirements and able to estimate workload to complete request



The Skills You Bring

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience working as a systems administrator
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
  • Demonstrated system admin expertise with Salesforce and/or WalkMe applications
  • Demonstration of relevant business analysis and services skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, vendors and subject matter experts
  • Expert experience defining business requirements, writing user stories, creating detailed functional designs and process documentation
  • Strong experience working with agile methodologies such Scrum or Scaled Agile Framework
  • Familiarity with product management lifecyle



Preferred:

  • System administrator certification
  • Demonstrated enterprise level environment experience (100+ users per system, complex business processes involved multiple integrated systems)
  • Experience with business analytics tools such as Microsoft PowerBi
  • Excellent knowledge of Salesforce products and/or data and reporting
  • Ability to think outside of the box to develop solutions and enhance digital adoption using the WalkMe tool
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and/or digital adoption best practices, support mechanisms, procedures and limitations preferred
