Primary Responsibilities:

• Analyze, review, trend, and forecast complex data
• Develop intelligence visuals that prompt and support decision-making and strategy by multiple levels of leadership across the Enterprise
• Present analysis and recommendations for both short and long-term operational and business review/planning
• Develop, recommend, and implement business solutions through research and analysis of data and business processes
• Create artifacts including but not limited to data mapping, system mapping/workflows etc.
• Support data integrity through process oversight, quality control, and troubleshooting as required

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of visual report development utilizing Tableau/PowerBI (or similar platform to articulate a compelling story with data)
• 3+ years of data management and analysis with the ability to leverage data to support ongoing strategies
• 2+ years of experience in business/finance analysis
• 3+ years of SQL database experience including knowledge of structures (dimensional & relational), objects, complex queries, stored procedures, etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Health Administration, or related field
• Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining ETL processes with SSIS, Alteryx, and/or similar tools

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $66,100 to $118,300. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $72,800 to $129,900.
