About the Role
Come join the Atlassian Team at Uber handles some of the largest installations of Atlassian products in the world. We are spread across the world and look at ourselves as an Atlassian Expert Partner within Uber. We provide all manner of services to the company, from consultation to implementation to administration of all Atlassian products with specific emphasis on Jira.
What the Candidate Will Need
• Team-up with a dedicated group of Engineers, Analysts, Program Managers, and Business Leaders to build global business solutions.• Drive virtual meetings and give demos/training sessions on tool functionality.• Work across a broad ecosystem of platforms beyond Atlassian to enable business results with partner teams.
Basic Qualifications
• 4+ years of experience as a Jira admin/Jira BSA with hands-on experience configuring projects, workflows, plugins, etc.• Experience with plugins such as Structure, Rich Filters for Jira Dashboards, Eazy-BI, Script Runner and other Automation plugins.• Good communication and thrives in a virtual environment.• Experience with G-Suite tools (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Mail), Lucid charts or other diagram tools, Slack, and Zoom.
Preferred Qualifications
• Strong business sense being able to easily navigate among different business priorities and translate them into impactful projects• Experience using JIRA• Work with leaders from with a wide range of technical perspectives• Proven record of running concurrent projects to assess the efficiency of new features.• Able to speak on tool best-practices as well as project/program management methodologies.• Handle scope change and impact to timelines.
