As a Process Improvement Analyst, you bring experience reviewing and implementing business process recommendations and changes. You will play a key role in supporting the Fraud organization by harmonizing and integrating processes, improving operational efficiency and delivering on commitments. To be successful in this role, you must ask questions and have a solutions-oriented mindset.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead high priority projects that better equip our frontline agents to deliver amazing service to our customers in the moments when they need it most
  • From problem solving and influencing across departments and verticals - to facilitating meetings and developing plans - you'll have a wide range of commitments to keep the momentum going
  • Identify ways to improve and streamline business processes
  • Ensure that changes are well communicated and thoughtful
  • Partner with stakeholders to provide strategic problem solving and tactical execution
  • Develop and maintain key project and process documentation
  • Leverage problem solving and influencing skills to ensure execution matches intent
  • Effectively engage with stakeholders, product and technology partners, and external vendors to help drive tool and process improvements
  • Partner with functional leaders across Stash to identify and define process improvement opportunities

Qualifications:

  • Strong critical thinking skills, with proven ability to think creatively about how to diagnose and solve process problems
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills with an ability to present complex situations in a clear and simple format
  • Two to three years of relevant experience
  • Process Improvement, Flowcharts and Process Design
  • Ability to interface effectively with all levels of organization, including senior leaders
  • Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships
