Job Description

The Deliver Services is a sub-team within Rockwell Automation's IT group. The team is responsible for enhancing and maintaining SAP software & Oracle Service cloud within the CRM functional areas. The senior analyst is responsible for performing application development tasks for:

• Projects
• Enhancements
• On-going support activities
• Gathering and creating requirements
• Technical Subject Matter Expert

Essential Responsibilities:

• Performs planning, analysis, designing, requirements definition, functional design, development, testing and implementation of IT solutions
• Working in a dynamic, collaborative team environment, the successful candidate will guide the support of SAP 7.0
• Collaborate with team members and other stakeholders to develop high quality solutions
• Perform complex business and systems analysis work; conduct requirements gathering/analysis via information gathering sessions with business users and technical staff
• Develop/maintain application code that adheres to coding standards and best practices
• Complete thorough unit testing to validate that the coding meets requirements

Required Skills:

• BS in computer science or equivalent experience
• 5-7 years development experience with SAP ABAP language (Reports, BADIs/BAPIs, User exits/enhancements, SAPscripts and Smart Forms, Interfaces, Dialog)
• In-depth experience in the CRM modules (Contracts, Billing, Quotes, Repair Services).

• Excellent trouble-shooting ability with experience in assessing problems identified by business users and designing potential solutions.
• Strong analytical skills, ability to learn quickly and the ability to manage multiple assignments are required.
• Ability to independently drive issue resolution, develop business knowledge and apply technical alternatives.
• Familiarity with Agile IT methodology and be able to lead ceremonies.
