Job Summary
Responsible for a variety of programs involving business reengineering efforts that support our operations and customer experience. Works with a cross-functional team that encompasses representation from all divisions to understand current challenges. Works to define our current processes that support the Marketing, Provisioning, Customer Care and Technical Operations and to define the future state that will be enabled through technology. Has in-depth experience, knowledge and skills in own discipline. Usually determines own work priorities. Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. Hybrid or In-Person Work Environment.
Job Description

Day-to-day Responsibilities
  • Provide Data Analysis and Project Management support for the Integrated Supply Chain Organization (ISCO) on the following projects:
    • Support and management of solution requirements development for Asset Tracking
    • Support optimization of distribution center operations and management of costs through continuous improvement.
    • Measurement, monitoring, and management of aging and excess inventory in conjunction with planning teams.
    • Implementation of Material Reconciliation process for the Construction 2.0 project
    • Implementation of Inventory Reconciliation process with our Non-CPE 3PL vendors
    • Implementation of the National Material Review Board and part standardization initiatives
  • Provide Demand Planning support for the Xfinity Mobile (XM) Supply Chain team as well as support optimization of operations and management of costs through continuous improvement.


What are some of the specific technologies utilized?
  • Oracle BI (OBIEE)
  • Oracle Platforms (CIFA, Cloud products such as Product Data Hub, Cloud Planning, etc.)
  • JDA Planning
  • Incorta
  • Transcendent EIS/Pharos
  • Smartsheets


What are the top three MUST HAVE background/skill sets that are required?
  • Strong Data Analysis background (Excel proficiency)
  • Robust Project Management experience
  • Solid Supply Chain background including Demand Planning capability


What are top PREFERRED skill sets (technical)?
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Sharepoint, etc)
  • BI Platforms (OBIEE, Incorta)
  • Experience with Smartsheets or other PM software
