The Role

This role is a key early hire on the Growth team and will be expected to roll-up sleeves and support the Head of Strategic Initiatives to deliver on the Growth team’s ambitions and goals. 

The Growth team is a key driver of success at TaxBit; it supports the company in: setting strategy; driving M&A thought and activity; setting infrastructure that helps the company scale; owning revenue operations; identifying and owning partnerships; driving rhythm of business activity; and other responsibilities. 

As part of a hypergrowth company, the Growth team and the Head of Strategic Initiatives are at an inflection point—we need to get more done and expand our existing bandwidth. This role will serve as a key member of the team, and take on current and future responsibilities and drive them to completion, all in service of helping TaxBit achieve its ambitions.

Key Responsibilities

• Support key initiatives that drive the Growth team to achieve its stated goals and drive TaxBit towards achieving its overarching ambitions
• The above responsibilities will likely include, but won’t be limited to: 
• Keeping abreast of key industry trends, development, and players
• Supporting major TaxBit initiative execution by building execution plans, tracking progress, and supporting problem-solving initiatives
• Assisting the Growth team as it supports our CEO in rhythm-of-business activities
• Helping to build out GTM strategy
• Driving major company initiatives on an as-needed basis with the Head of Strategic Initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 + years post-undergrad
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Eager for feedback
• Ability to work independently with increased expectations of doing so over time
