Sr. Analyst Relations Manager - Remote

Clari is looking for a Senior Analyst Relations Manager to manage and execute the company's AR strategy and tactics. You will engage with analysts and influencers to effectively communicate the key differentiators of Clari’s industry-leading Revenue Operations platform, and work with these analysts to understand core customer requirements and trends. You will have the opportunity to innovate our AR programs and measurement of results via new approaches.
Our ideal candidate has analyst experience and a track record of demonstrating successful AR program management – including the ability to quickly understand technically deep topics, successfully deliver on numerous collaborative projects and manage day-to-day operations related to program activities in a fast-growing start-up.
This position reports to the Director of Corporate and Executive Communications. You will team with and support Clari’s Product Marketing and Product Management organizations on a daily basis while partnering with our team of experienced marketers, content strategists, designers, and revenue professionals to continue to propel forward the Revenue Operations category.
This is a fully remote opportunity but is preferred to be worked from the Central or Western time zone.
Responsibilities
- Identify, develop and proactively manage relationships with key analysts/industry influencers to ensure they are apprised of major company news – such as product launches, acquisitions, and partnerships
- Manage participation in industry evaluations, such as Gartner Magic Quadrants, Forrester Wave reports, etc., to ensure favorable and accurate placement
- Partner with SMEs across Product Management, Product Marketing, Corporate Communications, and our Executive team to develop Clari’s analyst-facing narrative
- Partner with content and campaigns teams to develop compelling commissioned reports and collateral to support the brand, demand generation, and pipeline goals
- Monitor analyst research agenda and coverage, share relevant research with company stakeholders.
- Educate internal audiences about key analyst reports/evaluations/insights, and Clari’s presence in these reports to ensure employees are knowledgeable and able to utilize relevant analyst reports effectively
- Design, collaborate and execute Clari’s overall industry analyst and influencer program and measurement approach
Qualifications
- Must have strong business and technical acumen gained through education and/or professional experience
- 5+ years of analyst relations or product marketing experience in the tech industry, especially SaaS, CRM, or Sales Tech space
- 5+ years experience directly interacting with Gartner, Forrester, and other major IT industry analyst firms. Experience cultivating relationships with independent analysts is a plus
- Prior experience creating and shaping a breakthrough category narrative with analysts and managing vendor evaluations for Gartner Magic Quadrants and Forrester Waves is highly desirable
- Experience aligning messaging and positioning to key SaaS, CRM, Sales Tech, and Revenue Operations industry and technology trends
- Ability to clearly distill the business/solution value of technology innovations
- Polished, confident communications and writing skills - ability to create compelling content with minimal editing
- Ability to achieve results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, often on short deadlines
- Self-starter with proven ability to think ahead, engage proactively, and take initiative
