Description:
This position offers the exciting opportunity to be a part of the Salesforce Product Operations team. The Product & Pricing Operations Team offers a unique opportunity by becoming an expert of our Product Catalog and working with over a dozen cross functioning teams across the company. Senior Analyst, Product & Pricing Operations main responsibilities will be building Product and Pricing records to take to market. The individual we are seeking is self-directed and team-oriented with the ability to understand the needs of technical/business/sales users, and deliver projects and tasks necessary to make everyone successful. The Senior Analyst will also be responsible for testing and troubleshooting quoting configurations, assisting with release management, building reports, analyzing data, and producing process documentation. Successful candidates will be able to work effectively within cross-functional teams to identify and gain agreement on business requirements and track all project tasks and issues. Position reports to Manager, Product & Pricing Operations within Global Business Operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive process and technical system improvements
  • Coordinate and lead cross-functional meetings, document decisions & follow-up on actions
  • Manage projects including tracking tasks, issues, system requirements, and risks
  • Configure new price books and product records in salesforce systems
  • Identify product packaging and quoting business requirements along with system impacts
  • Lead in the analysis, design, testing, and implementation of new product configurations
  • Build out discounting structure in our quoting system
Required Skills/Experience:
  • Bachelors degree
  • 3+ years of Salesforce and/or 3+ years of data analysis experience (Data Management, Data Profiling, Data cleansing, & Data Quality)
  • Proven extensive knowledge and success in Salesforce (Salesforce Admin is ideal)
  • Experience with analytics tools such as SOQL, Python and Tableau
  • Ability to create visualizations, dashboards and tools that provide insights and guidance for practical business decisions
  • Experience working on multidisciplinary teams and leading working groups
  • Project management methodology
  • Proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, macros)
  • Salesforce certifications are a nice-to-have
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills, process orientation, and attention to detail required
  • Strong analytical skills, a curious nature, demonstrated initiative, and the business acumen necessary to turn numbers into a narrative
  • Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements, problem-solve, and produce results
  • Able to think independently and consider cross-functional and downstream impacts.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Get it done attitude with a strong sense of team
