This role is centered around data mining, analysis, complex problem solving, experimentation and its application to omnichannel fulfillment processes and strategies. As the team's data mining and analytics expert, you will partner with the Manager of Omnichannel Fulfillment to provide the team with visibility to KPI's critical to fulfillment success as well as insights to drive strategies and efficiencies. You will also manage communication with cross functional teams across the organization regarding fulfillment issues and partner with the Omnichannel Fulfillment planners to resolve them.
ACCOUNTABILITIES• DATA MINING AND ANALYTICS
○ Gain expert knowledge of various data sources in the organization and connect
them based on the needs of the omnichannel fulfillment team and developing
strategies
○ Assist Manager of Central Omnichannel Fulfillment to build robust Omnichannel
Fulfillment reporting
○ Partner with the manager of Central Omnichannel Fulfillment to develop problem
statements, supportive data, and KPIs to execute meaningful tests
○ Effectively use analysis of large data sets to tell a story and effectively
communicate findings to senior leadership
○ Build strong relationships with technology partners to ensure project and data
needs are met to support fulfillment initiatives and strategies.
○ Identify need for and build necessary ad hoc reporting to help support existing or
formation of new strategies
○ Manage and execute company wide holiday preparation training, Black Friday offer
recaps, and offer level cancel reporting• FULFILLMENT PROCESS & ISSUE RESOLUTION
○ Develop expert knowledge of omnichannel fulfillment and item eligibility process
○ Consistently review strategic operations and processes to identify opportunities or
efficiencies and provide updates/solutions
○ Responsible for executing item eligibility adjustments to execute multiple strategies
to improve company profitability and customer experience.
○ Create and maintain fulfillment and inventory rules at multiple product levels to
reduce cancellations to the customer during high velocity periods.
○ Execute inventory placement strategies that drive operational efficiency in the
network
○ Identify opportunities to ensure balanced inventory placement between fulfillment
channels and coordinate with Omnichannel Fulfillment Planners to execute
○ Manage communication with cross functional teams across the organization
regarding fulfillment issues and partner with the Omnichannel Fulfillment planners to
resolve them
QUALIFICATIONS• REQUIRED
○ Bachelor's Degree
○ Strong analytical and problem solving skills
○ Experience and proficiency with Excel
○ Ability to learn and quickly gain proficiency with Tableau, SQL/Google BigQuery, and
Qlik
○ Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain deadlines in a fast paced
environment• PREFERRED
○ Experience with Tableau, Data Warehouse, Qlik, and SQL/Google BigQuery
