Burger King is in the midst of an exciting digital transformation. With the fast-emerging digital environment and our guests expecting more from us every day, the Digital team is focused on innovation across the customer journey in and outside our restaurants, identifying the most meaningful opportunities for our guests, and developing capabilities to bring them to life.

Digital Execution is responsible for the activation and health of BK NA digital systems, including 3rd party and white label delivery, mobile order and pay, loyalty, and kiosks. Additionally, Digital Execution owns the entire launch process for all brand activations and guest-facing technology initiatives, including campaigns, partnerships, and promotions. The Sr. Analyst, Digital Execution, manages cross-functional activities across BK NA Digital, Ops, Marketing, Tech and vendors to ensure systems are functioning well and new activations are properly executed. This position also collects and implements feedback from operators, marketing, field, operations, and other stakeholders to improve the overall technology process. The position is highly collaborative and involves working directly with internal and external stakeholders cross-functionally to ensure execution targets are met. This position will report to the Director of Digital Reliability and Expansion and sit in Miami, Florida.   

Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding and reactivation of restaurants for mobile app and delivery, while tracking and reporting on progress
  • Monitor activity of BK NA digital systems, including 3rd party and white label delivery, mobile order and pay, loyalty, and kiosks
  • Improve the health of digital systems to increase sales and support sales-driving initiatives
  • Cross-functional project management of initiatives and ongoing activities related to guest facing technology and digital platforms
  • Support Franchisees and restaurant teams in digital channel management
  • Provide resolution and track all technology issues/events along with follow-ups on progress, resolution and learnings, taking corrective actions to ensure process improvement
  • Perform weekly routines around current and upcoming technology projects and digital activations
  • Validate the operational and execution plans of upcoming activations. This includes high traffic driving initiatives, weekly activations, updates to digital systems, and market tests
  • Communicate in an effective manner with the field, operators, restaurants, and other relevant BK and RBI areas on any digital updates or upcoming initiatives
  • Partner closely with Digital, Tech, Field, and Ops teams to ensure a successful ecosystem, where digital platforms function properly and initiatives are properly executed
  • Work with vendors, including all 3rd party delivery partners and other BK channel-related organizations to ensure Burger King NA support is priority
  • Challenge current processes and lead special projects to iterate and improve digital execution

Qualifications:

  • Data driven with strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • Must be a strong project manager, able to interact cross-functionally, communicate effectively, and lead teams towards a common goal
  • Must be solution oriented, able to dissect information, see opportunities, and find solutions
  • Start-up mentality, eager to move quickly and work with a lean team
  • Excellent organization skills; ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
  • Highly curious, always looking to learn and find new opportunities to grow
  • Experience working with retail technology platforms such as digital channels and POS
  • Bachelor’s degree
