Position Overview

The Kiewit Technology Group (KTG) Continuous Improvement Sr Analyst serves as a trusted advisor to drive process and technology improvements that provide long-term value and benefits for our team and customer. As a collaborative partner, the Sr Analyst will analyze current practices and processes to identify ways to improve productivity, reduce costs, eliminate risk, and make the best use of the organization's resources. Through a consultative approach, this critical position will enable the organization to successfully navigate through change management opportunities, while growing in sustainable and measurable ways to improve resiliency, adaptability, and maturity.

This is a hybrid position and will be based out of our Kiewit Business Center at 12720 I Street, Omaha NE 68137

Responsibilities

  • Provide program strategy, technical project planning, and change management consultative services.
  • Analyze current Kiewit Technology Group processes and deliverables in order to identify opportunities to drive efficiency, enhance quality, promote mistake-proofing, and improve service levels.
  • Perform data gathering, current state and root cause analyses, and gap assessments to develop appropriate process enhancement strategies.
  • Facilitate workshops and focus group discussions to leverage cross-functional SME expertise and insight.
  • Develop documentation and conceptual models to illustrate workflows, procedures, concepts, and other information related to process change.
  • Establish metrics to monitor the potential positive impact of an improvement's operational efficiency.
  • Prioritize and implement process change requirements based upon the criticality and impact to the organization.
  • Build, maintain, and promote a culture of process excellence.



Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • A minimum of five years of combined experience in the areas of process improvement, change management, or project management required
  • Talented facilitator who skillfully leads workshops and focus group discussions
  • Strategic and analytical mindset
  • Keen eye for identifying enhancement opportunities and gaps to facilitate the completion of a thorough current state and root cause analysis
  • Self-driven, detail-oriented leader who actively works to remove barriers to achieve results
  • Experience with leading highly collaborative cross-functional teams towards a desired solution
  • Creative idea catalyst that fosters the generation of fresh ideas and concepts
  • Track record of inspiring others and making a positive change in solution design, process improvement, and change management
  • Able to demonstrate unwavering positivity and optimism within a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Seasoned leadership, team management, relationship building, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to influence leadership and peers without direct authority; experience leading cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders
