Sourcing Analyst

Our Hardware Engineering team is looking to attract a Sourcing Analyst who will work cross-functionally with several verticals including Engineering, Sourcing, Supply Chain, and Quality.
The Analyst will have the opportunity to enable these teams to do their jobs better and unlock tools to enable key analytical insights for Meraki. They will simplify Meraki Hardware Engineering communication and unlock key data insights for the department. This effort will help analyze cost trends, simplify the PB (Price Book) process, and unlock rich insights into Meraki’s Supply Chain.
You Will:
- Analyze and produce spend models to help Sourcing Managers determine spend by the supplier for Business Reviews or ad hoc presentations with management
- Track and provide feedback on forecast produced - develop a process for continuous improvement to the forecast team, collect potential supply risk proactively
- Data Management of the Price Book process - assist in the collection/distribution of this information
- Manage and lead the master data by ensuring Meraki BOM structure and adoption by contract manufacturing partners
- Audit Purchase Price Variance claims from Meraki’s contract manufacturers
- Maintain rebate model and coordinate the rebate claims
- Assist sourcing managers on the sample and NRE PO creation and release
- Ad-hoc analyses to support Meraki’s Sourcing, Hardware & Finance organizations
- Support data verification and approval activities for Agile PLM
You Have:
- 3-5 years in a Supply Chain or Product Operations Role
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, Supply Chain, Engineering
- Excel / Google Docs Mastery
- Experience building cost dashboards a plus
- Experience interacting with contract manufacturers is a plus
