We are seeking a motivated, driven, and creative Solutions Analyst to work with stakeholders to define product requirements, execute development and delivery of solutions, and manage third-party vendor relationships for the Enterprise Data Management and Analytics team.  The Solutions Analyst will become an expert in defining, analyzing, and documenting requirements.  This person will coordinate with our engineering teams and business units to ensure tasks are clearly identified and drive the completion of those tasks.

 A Day in the life!

Responsibilities Include:

  • Clear verbal and written communications of enhancements and new features/products development to stakeholders based on detailed understanding of requirements and resources.
  • Facilitate collaboration with stakeholders to define requirements for projects with some elements of complexity.
  • Manage requirements in JIRA, ensure availability to scrum team, collaborate and track prioritization and adhere to agile development principals.
  • Establish and improve outcomes of solution metrics, KPIs and client adoption of enterprise tools.
  • Communicate with stakeholders to arrive at consensus for user stories/projects.
  • Communicate product enhancements and features to stakeholders based on understanding of the market problem (the job to be done) and the scope of the deliverable.
  • Conduct analyses of product features, including user behavior analysis, A/B testing, segmentation/funnel studies, product-success metrics development, KPI’s, and other product performance metrics and make recommendations as a result of findings.

Job Requirements:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field
  • At least 3 years of work experience working with products/solutions in an Agile scrum environment
  • Experience working in a matrixed organization

Do you stand above the rest?

Preferred Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience working as a Solutions or Product Analyst
  • Agile Product Owner training or certification
  • Experience using JIRA, Miro, Visio or other solution mapping or development documentation tools and systems
  • Experience with healthcare electronic medical records, claims, and/or payer data
