JOB
FIS Management Services, LLC seeks Software Test Analyst II in Atlanta, GA, to develop, maintain, and upgrade manual or automated test scripts, utilities, simulators, data sets and other programmatic test tools required to execute test plans Devise and modify software processed and design specifications to solve complex technical problems related to payment processing. Perform usability testing (using OASIS) for total system performance, reliability, scalability, and security. Communicate testing activities and findings (using JIRA, Service Desk) in oral and written forms. Control and manage own daily test activities. Provides internal quality assurance. Maintain defect/SLA reports and Root Cause Analysis document. Support test lead to identify risks and develops mitigation strategies. Organize and maintain the test script library. Analyze client requirements and enhances the capabilities of software/product w.r.t market standard regulatory requirements. Identify the testing techniques and testing types required to effectively fulfill client defined requirement. Perform integration testing of product and software with client and third-party applications including FATF regulations, PSD, AMS OFAC and FX. Work with Payment Processing and operations processes. Utilize Excel, VSDK, Work, PowerPoint, Snagit Editor, MS Visio, TortoiseSVN, Jenkins, Agent Ransack and VMware.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or a related occupation: performing software testing utilizing methods, tools, and technology including SQL, SOAP UI JIRA, Agile Methodology, SCRUM, Putty, WinSCP, Jenkins, TortoiseSVN and Agent Ransack; developing software to support payments and banking activities, including domestic and international transfers; working with primary database engines to write complex queries for data validation and troubleshooting; performing quality management activities using Jira and TFK technologies to create and support defect-free applications; writing test plans and test cases; documenting functional specifications and solution design details; working with payment processing and operations processes. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master's degree in the above listed fields and three (3) years of experience in the above listed skills.
