Essential Functions

  • This role is subject to Export Control Restrictions (ITAR) and all applicants must be a U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident, Refugee, or Asylee.
  • Provide day to day administration of Microsoft SharePoint sites and environments
  • Regular review, cleanup, management and configuration of SharePoint content and sites
  • Knowledgeable of what functionality can be configured out-of-the-box and what functionality requires extra customized development, while keeping in mind the integrity and stability of the SharePoint environment
  • Provides analytical advice and direction for application and technology that impacts business operations; Understands how applications and technologies impact the business
  • Analyze and apply Enterprise data to make recommendations / modifications to streamline & simplify processes while reducing operating costs
  • Develops and deploys appropriate Digital and Information Technology solutions
  • Establishes and develops procedures for proper utilization of Digital and IT technology
  • Develops and delivers training to support process changes and new technology introductions
  • Evaluates and modifies existing technology to allow for changes in business requirements or equipment configurations
  • Overnight travel to remote locations to assist in the implementation of technical solutions as needed
  • Provide after-hour technical support as needed
  • Assist in training and mentoring new team members

  • 2+ years related IT experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration skills
  • Demonstrated leadership aptitude, learning agility, and adaptability
  • Strong interpersonal skills, relates well with all levels of the organization
  • Ability to establish own priorities and adapt to changing priorities
  • Demonstrates ability to manage projects.
  • Bachelor's degree with a major in Information Technologies or equivalent on-the-job experience required
