ServiceNow Business Analyst

ECS is seeking a ServiceNow Business Analyst to work in our Washington DC office.
Job Description:
We are currently seeking a detailed, communicative, and enthusiastic ServiceNow Business Analyst. The candidate will be responsible for identifying business requirements, requirements management, functional design, developing agile stories, process design, testing, defining support procedures and supporting the implementation of ServiceNow
Required Skills:
- Must be a US Citizen
- Must have an Active Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent exp.
- 5+ years' business analyst experience
- 2+ years' experience with ServiceNow
- Experience managing client requirements and small teams
- Excellent analytical skills and business presentation skills
- Experience working in an Agile project environment
- Experience gathering and documenting client requirements
- Strong client interfacing skills: a positive attitude, highly motivated, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Desired Skills:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ITIL v3 or ITIL v4 certification
- 3 plus years process consulting in ITSM, ITBM or equivalent
