About You and The Role  

Zipline’s instant delivery solution has directly saved thousands of lives and millions of dollars for health systems in markets where we operate. We are seeking a talented Senior Supply Chain Analyst with strong research and project management skills and an understanding of supply chain modeling using simulation and analysis tools. The Senior Supply Chain Analyst will contribute to Zipline’s broader Monitoring and Evaluation strategy by designing and conducting supply chain analyses. This person will work with internal and external stakeholders to design and manage supply chain research, develop value propositions for current and prospective customers, and streamline the use of specific supply chain analysis tools and techniques.

What You'll Do  

  • Create the standards and principles for how Zipline analyzes its potential and current impact to healthcare supply chains. 
  • Build the roadmap for what Zipline needs to invest in to be able to systematize major components of the supply chain analysis, as a way to gain speed and accuracy in responding to questions from prospective and current customers. 
  • Work closely with the Go-To-Market teams in the design of value propositions, highlighting the potential supply chain and economic benefits that are potentially derived from a partnership with Zipline.
  • Participate in the exploration of new markets, identifying cost-benefit opportunities that would allow us to create strong value propositions for Zipline.
  • Produce and share supply chain reports with insights to drive continuous improvement of programs.  
  • Work with Go-to-Market and Communications teams to establish a comprehensive plan for sharing, interpreting, and utilizing supply chain data to strategically drive thought leadership.
  • Work with the Data team to define, monitor, and analyze supply chain metrics to  generate and present actionable information for the company.

What You'll Bring 

  • Master’s Degree (or higher) or equivalent work experience in a discipline within supply chain management, operations research, or related field.
  • Experience in identification, collection, and analysis of supply chain data.
  • Experience leading and conducting health research and MERL involving different segments of the supply chain of health commodities.
  • Knowledgeable about health systems across regions, including African and/or Latin American health markets.
  • Working experience and a strong understanding of public/private partnerships and their role in supply chain challenges and opportunities across health markets.
  • Skills and experience in defining key performance indicators at all levels of the supply chain of health commodities.
  • Training in Decision Analysis and Economic Evaluations, in particular cost-benefit analysis and ROI estimations.
  • Experience in WHO Effective Vaccine Management (EVM) framework and implementation.
  • Experience using AnyLogistics, AnyLogic, SupplyChainGuru, Cplex, or other tools for supply chain modeling, optimization, digital twins, simulations, and linear programming.
  • Strong grasp of quantitative research methodologies, study design, and statistics.
  • Ability to translate strategy into practice and assess its impact.
  • Strong collaborative skills and cultural competency.
  • Proactive, self-starter who thrives in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment.
