Senior Strategic Analytics Analyst
The Opportunity
Delaware North Global Headquarters is hiring a Senior Strategic Analytics Analyst to join our operational excellence team on a hybrid basis in Buffalo, New York. As a Senior Strategic Analytics Analyst, you will participate in elevated development programm to help equip the Analytics Leadership Development Program alumni with the experience and skills needed to become future Delaware North leaders.

Responsibilities
- Drive project progression; assume responsibility for the scope and timeline of assigned projects.
- Perform analysis to identify trends, and opportunities for improvement, and to evaluate the performance of strategic initiatives.
- Articulate findings, recommendations, and conclusions that are rooted in data, research, and field feedback.
- Deliver recurring, project-related status updates.
- Escalate time-sensitive, material project hurdles to the program manager in a timely manner.
- Promote accountability, ensuring content quality and specifications hit expectations.
- Manage project schedule and hit phase-gate deadlines.
- Lead a team of high-potential interns, supporting the development of their analytical skillsets and industry acumen via collaborative project work.
- Connect people and resources across the organization while conducting projects, educating, and assimilating stakeholders.
Qualifications
- An MBA or Master's degree.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Data Science, with academic or industry experience in analytics is preferred.
- Record of accomplishment applying the most up-to-date analytical knowledge and skills available in the marketplace.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills; the ability to set and meet deadlines on assigned projects.
- Previous professional performance in complex matrix organizations.
- One year of professional business experience; professional or academic leadership experience is preferred.
- PMP or other project management experience is preferred.
