• Design and develop new ServiceNow applications and services for HR Modules of ServiceNow; including Case Management, Knowledge Base, and Portal.
• Support ServiceNow Business Analyst in estimating release level of effort
• Provide incident resolution for ServiceNow System Administrators
• Takes Ownership of business requirements and works them to completion
• Develop and support software integrations
• Lead analysis of end user processes to define application requirements.
• Develop reports and support Performance Analytics requirements
• Identify and recommend improvements

This position allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options.The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a "US Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. • 3+ Years of development experience in JavaScript
• Experience developing in ServiceNow with a focus on reporting capabilities within ServiceNow
