Create and provide complex analytic reports, using both Excel and McGriff's Risk Management Information System, to McGriff's service teams for the benefit of clients and prospects.

Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.

• Serve as subject matter expert for questions related to all Analytic resources, procedures and explanation of reports.
• Actively work to maintain the Risk Management Information database through data import and quality assurance.
• Assist in the identification, creation and marketing of Analytic reports.
• Build and maintain relationships with team members and business units.
• Support company projects and initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or Insurance; or equivalent education and related training
• Excellent computer skills including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Detail-orientated
• Ability to follow instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job on an independent basis
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively Strong organization and time management skills
• One year of working experience in Property and Casualty insurance
• One year of reporting experience Ability to obtain Property and Casualty insurance license.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Risk Management Information Systems Knowledge of Sagitta or other agency management system
• Working knowledge of the Experience Modification and how it is calculated
• Experience analyzing data to identify trends and other meaningful information
• Ability to understand and explain risk management concepts and solutions such as Total Cost of Risk, Benchmarking, Loss Trending and Loss Forecasting
• Willingness to learn how about new risk management reports and how to create them
