• Responsible for supporting Asset Protection through independent analysis, documentation, and implementation of initiatives to identify, understand, and mitigate loss. Creates models, performs statistical and other analyses, ensures effective scorecard development and maintenance, engages in loss-related project management, and develops written analyses. Works in partnership with internal / external teams to develop and maintain new AP programs in physical security, AP systems and Amazon projects.

Responsibilities:

• Provides guidance in partnership with leadership on the full range of Asset Protection strategy definition, process development, and execution.
• Uses fact-based statistical and financial analysis to inform the regions and assist leadership in the design of strategic initiatives that improve loss results and better serve WFM team members, customers, and other stakeholders.
• Provides insights through clear, concise presentation of data that inspires action.
• Manages projects to develop AP tools and reporting techniques company-wide.
• Performs ad hoc analyses and data mining to answer key business questions about loss and its impact on WFM and other stakeholders.
• Functions as a conduit between business partners in aspects of physical security, AP systems and Amazon projects.
• Administer AP systems, including user training for all Global and field team users.

• Demonstrates excellent knowledge of the WFM product mix, supply base, and retail operations.
• Demonstrates a strong knowledge of MS Office, Adobe Suite and Salesforce
• Able to play a key role working with others, in cross-functional settings, and with diverse stakeholders internally and externally.

Education & Experience:

• BA/BS degree and 4-6 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• LPC Preferred
